Sequoia House is closed to guests for redevelopment and restoration. and will be restored and refurbished to the original
Victorian Town House and will reopen for Luxury Bed and Breakfast Accommodation 2008. In addition two luxury serviced self
catering apartments will be constructed in a courtyard around the Sequoia Tree.
Sequoia House Mews
Six luxury apartments and 3 two townhouses will be built beyond the Sequoia Tree within landscaped gardens
and they are in the early stages of construction, and are scheduled for completion November 2007:
- 3 x ground floor two bedroomed apartments with patio garden and one parking space
- 3 x first floor three bedroomed duplex apartments with balcony and garage
- 2 x 4/5 bedroomed town houses with garden, patio, balcony, garage and one parking space
